Your boss is all about metrics…X amount of outreach = Y amount of Job Orders. You need Job Orders is the Message. So you scrap and claw and when you get a client willing to pay your fee (any fee) and see your candidates you’re not about to give them a hard time about 1) the quality of the job 2) the reasonableness of the salary parameters 3) the likelihood that someone will come into the office 5 days a week 4) their long, slow hiring process…You just want a little win in your day and your boss off your back. Is that too much to ask?
It’s human as hell and all three Coaches have been there. It also will not make you money, and in this discussion, Danny, Mike and Scott show you better ways to differentiate yourself with clients, build rapport and trust, and get their biz if it’s a quality role, and run like the wind if it’s not!
